The documents required for an individual purchase are the following:

The documents required if the Buyer is a corporation are the following:
- SEC Registration, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
- TIN of the Corporation
- Board Resolution designating the authorized signatory/ies
- Two(2) government issued ID’s of the authorized signatory/ies
- Community Tax Certificate of the authorized signatory/ies
- Proof of Billing both the Corporation and the authorized signatory/ies
Unfortunately, a foreigner cannot own a house & lot property under Philippine law. However, if he/she is married to a Filipina/Filipino, they can acquire a property with the accomplishment of the Affidavit of Waiver. On the other hand a Filipino with foreign citizenship can own a house & lot property with the accomplishment of the required Affidavit of Former Filipino Citizenship.
PURCHASE FROM ABROAD OR REPRESENTATIVE
Yes, you can. After you've made the reservation, should you wish to designate a representative to sign documents on your behalf, the authorized representative should present and submit an original copy of a duly-notarized (or consularized, if executed outside of the Philippines) Special Power of Attorney (SPA), together with the representative’s valid government-issued ID as well as your own for validation.
PURCHASE OPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Tagaytay Fontaine Villas units are sold on a house-and-lot package only. This is so that you can enjoy the benefits of a cool, mountain getaway just two hours away from Metro Manila. Should you wish to purchase lots only, we will be more than happy to offer you our lot packages in out other projects.
Since a buyer is purchasing a house and lot package, it goes without saying that the buyer shall be restricted to the design of the house for that particular area. It is for the benefit of the whole community to have a standard design to preserve the over-all theme specifically designed for the community.
We do allow extensions and alterations on the basic design. Extensions are allowed provided extension plans and layouts are submitted and approved by the production department. These construction restrictions are placed to maintain the feature designs, beauty and balance within he master-planned community.
RESERVATION OF LOT AND UNIT
A Reservation Agreement (RA) is a document made by the buyer, stating his intent to purchase a specific unit. The RA is submitted together with the payment of the Reservation Fee. The RA is valid for one (1) month and the reservation fee is non-refundable. While the RA is in force, the house and lot unit is said to be "reserved" and closed to other buyers.
